The improvement of activated sludge is evident! The thickened and clogged biofilm carriers (filling materials, contact materials) have been revitalized!

The biological treatment improvement agent "Genki" loosens microbial aggregates (which are strongly adhered microorganisms and undecomposed substances seen in biological treatment) and enhances the decomposition ability of microorganisms by promoting the supply of dissolved oxygen and decomposed substances. It is a newly developed component (OSSC*) that, in combination with effective microorganisms for wastewater treatment, dramatically increases the decomposition power in biological treatment, making it a completely new type of wastewater treatment agent. * OSSC stands for Organic Substances and Salts Complex (a complex of several organic substances and inorganic salts). It has an immediate effect that overturns the common sense of wastewater treatment agents and works effectively even in small amounts (only 0.3 to 1 mg/L needs to be continuously added relative to the treatment volume). It resolves the thickening and clogging of biofilm carriers (filling materials, contact materials) in a short period (from a few days to two weeks) and revives carriers that had no means of revival. Changes can be observed from a few days after application in the modification of activated sludge. The "Mecasera System" is also introduced as an odor removal and sludge reduction enhancement equipment for JARUS-type wastewater treatment facilities in agricultural and fishing village areas. Inside a cylindrical SUS304 packing tower, catalysts (ceramics/mechasera balls) are placed, and a sodium hypochlorite solution with a concentration of 12% is dripped in from a chemical injection unit into circulating water. These three components come into contact with each other in the water of the packing tower to generate "Mecasera Water." The resulting product significantly enhances the oxidative decomposition power of "active oxygen" against organic substances in chlorine.
